The Barna Seniors continued their unbeaten run in the Galway Senior league when they defeated neighbours St Mitchael’s on a scoreline of 0-8 to 0-7. In the Championship draw, for the first round proper, Barna have being drawn against Tuam Stars. On Saturday the seniors face Salthill in the Sweeney Oil Competition. This match has a 7pm throw in time at Furbo Pitch.
The U14s play Tuam Stars on Friday evening at 7.30 in Tuam in the championship, whilst the U13s open their City League campaign on Sunday morning at Furbo pitch.
All players are reminded that club registration fees are now well over due, anyone who has not paid their membership fees should do so immediately.
